We are seeking
A Registered Nurse with at least five years experience in the perioperative environment to lead and support the Royston Hospital Theatre team in providing high quality perioperative care for our patients and a high quality theatre environment and service for Royston's Consultants.
The successful applicant will:
- facilitate the day-to-day smooth running of the Theatre suite
- have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- demonstrate a commitment to growing and developing teams
- have a commitment to implementing and maintaining quality systems with a 'can do' attitude
- have relevant surgical and managerial experience.
- preferably have had previous experience in the private health sector
- be accountable for attaining service efficiencies and financial goals
- support the planning, development and programmes that fulfill Royston Hospital's business objectives
- have New Zealand residency or citizenship.
