St Andrews Village is looking for qualified and experienced Clinical Assistants/DTs with a passion for aged care, especially dementia care. Ideal candidates for this role will have demonstrated their empathy and experience in working with older people, have excellent communication skills, good documentation skills, a sense of humour, and will enjoy working as part of a team focused on delivering a high standard of quality care. It is preferred that you have qualifications reflecting your knowledge of dementia, is Careerforce LCP Dementia Units Level 4 plus NZ or National Certificate in Care of the Older Person Level 3 or Level 4 or NZ Certificate in Diversional Therapy.
Your experience and qualifications will be recognised with pay rates as per the Pay Equity Agreement. You will be well supported by the senior management team and there is on-going training and professional development opportunities.
