Are you a registered pharmacist looking for an exciting new opportunity?

This is your chance to join a new pharmacy in the middle of Christchurch.  We are seeking full time pharmacists and the opportunity for part time exists for the right candidates.  You must possess exceptional work ethics, high professional standards and outstanding leadership qualities to be able to be a sole charge pharmacist. We require, responsible, reliable and hardworking individuals. You will work closely with the retail staff to oversee staff supervision, financial performance and profitability of the business.

Duties and responsibilities;

Your primary responsibility is to ensure all professional ethical requirements are met, whilst you remain accessible to staff for professional guidance and counselling. You responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop relationships with close by doctors and nurses alike 
• Provide comprehensive healthcare solutions and deliver outstanding customer service
• Coach and develop the pharmacy team
• Oversee day to day operations
• Forward dispensing
• Blister packing and checking
• Result driven and meet clear KPI's
• Manage stock to achieve sales targets

Skills & Experiences

• Previous experience in a community pharmacy
• Previous experience in a retail and health centred pharmacy
• Be a charismatic with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills
• Accurate and efficient problem solving skills, including dispensing
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Certificate in vaccination is a bonus
• Must be a New Zealand registered pharmacist

The pharmacy trades 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, and will require you to be flexible. We are looking for multiple long term pharmacists who will grow with us! We will keep expanding with multiple opportunities for growth!
