Mary Potter Hospice, one of Wellington’s best loved charities is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate registered nurse to join our highly committed multi disciplinary team, working in the Aged Residential Care Team (ARC).
This role is part of our focus to enhance our community services to Aged and Primary Care providers in the delivery of specialist palliative care, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring co-ordination of integrated care that enhances seamless supported patient care for those patients with complex palliative needs.
The Registered Nurse will strengthen the interface between generalist and specialist palliative care services by providing specialist advice and co-ordination; promoting a cohesive and consistent quality of palliative care within the Aged and Primary Care setting assisting with patients transitioning into ARC.
