About the Role
Lead and inspire a friendly and professional team to create a caring atmosphere, with constant support and empathy for all residents. Ensure the very highest standards of care are always achieved. Duties
• Provide consistent and effective leadership of the unit.
• Act as a key support to senior management
• Coordinate the needs of the residents
• Ensure the standards in all aspects of care are upheld
Skills & Experience
• Registered nurse with current APC
• Broad understanding of the Aged Care sector.
• Excellent management skills and proven leadership capabilities.
• Experience working in dementia and/or psycho geriatrics
