ABOUT THE ROLE
Hutt maternity provides primary and secondary maternity care for about 1800 women a year in the Hutt Valley. We have a maternity assessment unit, run 6 antenatal clinics, a community midwifery team, an antenatal/postnatal ward and a birthing suite.
We are looking to increase our casual pool of Midwives and Nursing staff. Nurses will be working in the postnatal area so maternity experience will be an advantage. Midwives will be employed to work across their scope in the antenatal/postnatal ward and birthing suite.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You must be a registered Nurse or Midwife and hold a current APC with the Nursing or Midwifery Councils of New Zealand and have recent experience in a similar role.
