To be successful in this role you will have:
- relevant social work experience, particularly in a community or health setting
- demonstrated knowledge and experience of Maori models of health and wellbeing
- a keen ability to develop and maintain key relationships within an inter-disciplinary team, external agencies and supports.
- registration with the NZ Social Worker Registration Board
