This organization provides a range of important services to the New Zealand market. They believe in providing a fast and efficiently service with great customer service. They are looking for a Reconciliations Administrator to join the Palmerston North based accounting team. This role is a great position for someone who has a bit of Accounts Receivable experience and good customer service skills.
This Reconciliations role is ideal for candidates that are available to start immediately within the Palmerston North area. You will form part of the wider accounts team while at the same time contributing to the wider organisation’s goal and vision.
Key qualities and skills:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable
- Good data entry skills
- Building good rapport and relationships with customers
- Good excel skills, eg. formatting cells, creating tables and graphs
- Accounting skills and understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient and be able to work under pressure. You should be available to start immediately within Palmerston North. You must be available to be phone screened in the week of the 15th of July and be interviewed in Palmerston North during the week of the 22 July.
