Our Mental Health and Additions at Counties Manukau Health are seeking a Team Manager to lead the Mental Health Service of Older People (MHSOP), Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (NASC) and Regional Dual Disability Services (RDDS). CMH is leading the way in the provision of an integrated approach to mental health care and treatment
This role will be providing management and leadership for the District-wide Services clinical teams through the utilisation of best management practice and effective leadership. Reporting to the Service Manager, District-wide Services with responsibility to the Clinical Head for clinically safe service delivery and leading the development of service. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.
You will have at least five years post registration with proven clinical management and leadership skills, understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and cultural competencies required in the service. A background in child and youth or adult mental health services would be preferable.
