Do you have in-depth aged care management experience, drive, energy and a desire to move onto something new?
We have one of our best clients looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee their retirement complex, which offers a full range of services.
Responsibilities include:
- Staff Management
- Training
- Marketing
- Driving occupancy rates
- Audits
- Health and Safety
- Financial/budget responsibilities
The facility has a real sense of family' and the team works really well together, providing support as they focus on their common goal: providing brilliant care to their residents.
You will need to have:
- NZ Nursing registration
- Experience in the NZ aged care sector
- A good understanding of HDSS quality & compliance requirements
- Strong management experience
- Excellent communication skills
