Chadwick Healthcare is a General Practice in Greerton, Tauranga with a satellite clinic in Tauriko. We are soon to be opening a new practice in Bethlehem Town Centre and as such have both full and part time positions available at both of our practices for enthusiastic people to join our friendly administration team.
We aim to provide a great experience and high level of service for our patients and are committed to improving the health of our practice population. This is supported with the latest technology and innovations.
The Medical Receptionist / Health Navigator role includes the traditional medical receptionist tasks with a focus on customer service and patient engagement.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with our patients, staff and clients.
- Empathy for patients
- Work well in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
- Intermediate Computer skills
- Proactive
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written is essential
