We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Training GURU to join our Occupational Health Team at TriEx, Gallagher Bassett!

The Role

Reporting to the Health Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that our Gallagher Bassett Health courses are ‘top notch’ in content and delivered in a manner that is engaging, fun and true to our brand!
Working within the Auckland team, this role also requires a constant and innovative assessment of our material and delivery to ensure we deliver a ‘first in class’ product for our customers. 
 
Training is at the heart of this role and whether it is delivering first aid training or psychological first aid training our ideal candidate will have;

  • proven facilitation experience,
  • the ability to develop and revise course materials,
  • excellent relationship skills,
  • sound technical knowledge,
  • accuracy with maintaining course related records,
  • the ability to communicate with anyone!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • First-rate time management skills
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • A fantastic attitude
