Are you a Registered Nurse looking to take step up in to a leadership role?
Ryman Healthcare’s Edmund Hillary Retirement Village is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Unit Coordinator.
In this rewarding role you will liaise with residents and relatives and ensure the smooth running of the area.
We have a full time position available.
Key skills required:
- Previous experience in NZ as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills preferably experienced in aged care.
- Outstanding communication and documentation skills
- Sound assessment skills
- Empathy with elderly and their families
- Ability to lead a team of care staff
- Drive and dedication to maintain the highest standards of care for residents
- A warm, friendly bubbly personality is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with health professionals and relatives
- Current, clean, full NZ Drivers licence
