Our Environmental Consents Team is seeking a LIM Officer. This is a fixed term part time role (18 months), 24 hours per week.

You'll complete Land Information Memoranda (LIMs) and enquiries related to LIMs on behalf of Council in accordance with statutory requirements, council procedures and customer needs in an integrated and seamless style.

You will also make decisions on property specific information from across Council, deliver accurate and timely reports to our customers and maintain a focus on process improvement and innovation.

A tertiary qualification or relevant experience in the administration of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act, resource management, surveying, architecture, building science, earth science, legal or related areas will really help you in this role.

You'll also have outstanding customer service skills, experience in dealing with records and archives, an eye for detail and you'll know your way around a computer.
