The Community Partnerships team at National Office is responsible for designing, developing, purchasing and monitoring the delivery of a suite of high quality reintegration activities in partnership with contracted community providers and volunteers.
Integral to this team is the newly created position of Principal Advisor. In this role you will support others and assist the manager with coaching and mentoring, whilst leading projects and managing discrete pieces of work. Relationship management will be key to your success and you will present with exemplary interpersonal skills, the ability to influence across all levels coupled with a high level of commercial acumen.
You will be proficient in procurement and contract management processes and well versed in managing competing priorities on a daily basis. Critical thinking skills, creativity and the drive to optimise effectiveness whilst working at pace, will be imperative.
