My client is the largest in Australasia for their industry and are focused on producing an innovative and world class product. Based in the airport oaks area, and they are looking for an up and coming financial accountant looking to make their first move into the commercial sector out of a CA environment.
  
The Role
  
The role is suited to a CA qualified or near qualified with Big 4 or tier 2 training with 3 or more years’ experience. You will be ambitious with a willingness to learn. 
  
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for providing end to end accounting support to the Finance Manager.  You will contribute to the Finance Team achieving KPI’s and furthering Company objectives. You will be trained to be fully responsible for the month-end reporting as well as:
    

• Responsible for the management of the general ledger and financial rigour around related transactions.
• Preparation of monthly management account
• Maintenance of weekly cash flow forecasts
• Assisting the accounts receivable function as well as the weekly and monthly payroll coordination with a third party provider.
• Work closely with Accounts Payable functions.

Your Profile  
  
You would have trained in BAS/Audit and looking for your first role in industry. You are happy to learn and will want to grow long-term under a manager who comes from a similar background themselves. Attitude and ability to multi-task are the key skill-set they are looking for.
