My client are a market leader within Facade design in both Australia and New Zealand. Continued project wins in Sydney and a large pipeline of work have resulted in the opportunity for a Senior Appointment within this growing, highly profitable office. 

The position: 
  • Managing the Facade engineering team based in Auckland
  • Providing technical leadership 
  • Represent the business as a Facade consultant for the design and performance development of the building division
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders through the concept, schematic and design development stages
  • Help grow the Facade engineering team by maintaining relationships with networks and participating in business development
Experience required:
  • At least 10 years experience in a Facade engineering role
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner in front of clients
  • Applicants coming from either a Project Management or Design background will be considered
  • Excellent communicator and leader to manage and motivate a team
  • Local market experience would be beneficial but is not essential
