Redfox is a group of seven civil/structural Engineers and Drafters based in Christchurch who specialise in industrial, commercial, and residential building design. We also undertake Fire Safety Design, Soil Reports and Foundation Design. Redfox are known in the industry for providing pragmatic technical support to architects, builders, and building owners. We are experienced team players who work hard to ensure projects are well executed.
There is an exciting opportunity on offer for a Graduate Structural Engineer with up to a years’ experience to join the team. Reporting to the Principle Engineer, you will be responsible for excellence in the execution of any and all projects assigned to you. The primary objective of the Graduate Structural Engineer is to provide outstanding service to clients while ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile projects.
To be successful in this position you must possess the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
- Understanding of NZS design codes and MBIE guidance document
- Have studied predominantly structural engineering papers.
- Communication skills
- Willingness to learn and participate in a variety of engineering tasks
