Scope of Role:
The Technical support role is a key member of the Enatel Motive Power team within the Enatel group of companies, reporting to the Technical Support Team Leader.

He/she will be responsible assisting in the successful growth of Enatel Motive Power business by ensuring that our customers are supplied with the best products and service.

Please note: Whilst this is a technical role there is a strong customer liaison element. As such we encourage applications from candidates with strong technical and customer facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, review and validate EMP documentation to a high standard as required

  • Develop and present training programs to small groups

  • Respond clearly and effectively to technical support enquiries

  • Participate in standing NPI meetings

  • Respond to production test problems by working with the production teams affected

  • Work with design and manufacturing engineers as required

  • Assist with development and deployment of prototype products and systems

  • Travel and provide onsite support to customers (both domestically and internationally)


Experience & Knowledge:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related function is required, technical background


Qualification / Licenses:

  • Applicable tertiary qualification would be an advantage
