This position would suit a Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer with around 5 years experience in the design of mechanical and HVAC services in the commercial environment in New Zealand. This position is based in Wellington.
Whilst our client is ideally seeking a Permanent person to join their team, they would look at a person on a full-time Contract basis.
A suitable applicant will hold a Mechanical Engineering degree, and have around 5 years experience in services design in the New Zealand commercial and industrial construction environment. This applicant will be adept with the design of a range of mechanical and HVAC services, and be a competent user of Revit, and must already be based in New Zealand.
Our client is well established and is known for it's work on special building services projects. Much of it's work is repeat business due to it's high reputation and good service. You will find yourself working with the support of a very knowledgeable team whom will be keen to see you expand your horizons and fulfil your desire to take more ownership of your projects.
To reiterate the requirements, the suitable applicant will be:
- An experienced Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer, whom must have New Zealand building services industry experience.
- Very knowledgeable of New Zealand construction methods, standards and codes.
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, specialising in building services, and competent with Revit.
