To assist us with this growth, Waipa District Council is looking for an experienced civil engineer with an interest in both three waters and roading infrastructure to join us as we work together with our community and developers to deliver exciting opportunities for the Waipa district.
With a penchant for relationship building and working collaboratively to deliver optimal solutions you will be responsible for utilising your engineering skills and knowledge to advise and guide developers through the development process.
As the leader of a small but great team of three you will have strong leadership skills with a customer focused outlook and the ability to work in a collaborative manner to achieve good outcomes for Council and our customers. A good level of computer literacy particularly with word and excel with excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing, delivering and presenting reports and documentation is a must.
