A career move for a Transportation Engineer who wants to spread their wings, put their experience and learning to good use, and accelerate their career.   A smart project manager who can bring excellent design and communication skills to the table and the desire to hone these in more challenging situations.
 
Primarily the role is:
 

• Technical input and leadership to projects
• Project management of small to medium projects involving transportation investigation and reporting, preparation of estimates, design, documentation and contract surveillance
• Maintenance of good business relationships with existing and potential clients
• Current engineering knowledge and competency with a proven ability to coach other staff
• Preparation of high quality reports and other correspondence

 
We service a diverse and interesting range of projects across Otago and Southland - including Wanaka, Queenstown and other beauty spots.  Being a small office, exposure to all engineering disciplines will be possible, and the opportunity to work at more autonomous and senior levels will provide valuable experience.
We only need you to bring 6 years or more experience in design and delivery of transportation and civil projects with a NZCE / BE (Civil) or similar.
