- Full time temp position with flexible working hours
- East Tamaki location - avoid the Auckland traffic and work close to home
The role:
- Credit analysis and following up overdue customer accounts
- Resolution of customer disputes on outstanding debt
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Negotiating credit arrangements
- Reporting when required
- Immediate start temp role - Initially 2 months minimum duration
Key requirements:
- Proven Credit Control experience in a commercial environment
- Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in making debtor/collection calls to resident customers
- Meticulous and accurate with accounts
- Personable, professional and customer focused
