Mankelow Accounts has been in business since 2014 and has now grown to be a well recognized Bookkeeping Company in East Auckland. We are a full member of the NZ Bookkeeping association.
As we are expanding again, we need another Intermediate to Senior Bookkeeper to come on board and join our great team!!
The role:
- Experience is a must!
- Be able to show initiative and can put procedures in place for clients who need structure within the Administration department.
- You need at least 2 years minimum experience in MYOB or XERO or other accounting software with at least and experience in a administrative / office manager type role.
Software we use regularly - experience is a huge advantage:
- MYOB (AccountRight & Essentials)
- XERO
- Microsoft Office
- MYOB Exo
- Payroll software such as MYOB Payroll, Ace Payroll, Thank you, Exo, Smart Payroll
- Trade software i.e. Geo-op / Workflo Max
- Electronic Work Papers
Experience in Administration such as:
- Office Duties
- Payables
- Receivables
- Bank Reconciliation
- Data Entry
- Budget / Cashflows
- Monthly Reporting
- Preparing accounts for year end process on to client's Accountant
Full clean drivers licence a must, excellent professional presentation and willing to work as a team as well as an individual.
