Working across a range of large $20M-$50M projects in the Wellington region you will be working on complex projects and have full responsibility closing out key projects.

To be successful you will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience working for main contractors on large commercial projects.  You will be based in Wellington and have a proven track record in the local market. Further, you must have client liaison experience that ensures positive financial outcomes on each project.

You will need to be (or able to be) a GST registered independent contractor with your own insurance cover. In return, we can offer an hourly rate of $60 - $80 for a 6 -month period, depending on your experience.
