The opportunity
A position now exists for an organized, reliable and efficient BAS accountant to join the team at a market leading CBD firm with a proven reputation. They are looking to employ an Intermediate accountant and they offer a local presence that is large enough to offer you great experience but small enough to make sure you are given all the support you need,.
This is a firm with significant resources and a genuine interest in training and development – it could be the next step you need to move your career to the next level.
Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have a passion to successfully meet targets and have proven experience in the preparation of financial statements.
You will also have the ability to:
- Manage work flow and complete jobs within budget
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis
- Provide a broad range of business advisory services to clients, including meeting compliance requirements and tax planning
- Assist and advise clients on accounting software related queries

This is a role for a BAS intermediate who has a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a reputable NZ CA firm, preferably a mid tier or big 4. This role will give the right person flexibility and excellent exposure to more senior level duties.
