Are you a recent Junior QS with work experience in NZ on civils projects?

Our client is a commercial drainage subcontractor in Auckland. Due to the booming construction industry and high demand for their services they are in need of an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their Auckland based team to assist their busy team.

If you are a Jr QS with 1-2 years’ experience or a recent graduate then we want to hear from you. You need to be available for full time work. This will be an initial 3 month contract with the view that you will go into a permanent position if all goes well.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected subcontractor and gain experience on civils projects across the wider Auckland region. You’ll join an established and friendly team, and be given training.

Your role will involve:

• Contract management
• Project variations
• Costing
• Managing consent processes 
• Working with the wider project team

We are looking for:

• Motivation and dedication to learn and develop your career
• Recent Quantity Surveying tertiary qualification 
• NZ educated or NZ work experience preferred 
• Great communication skills 
• Some experience as JR QS on civils work would be a bonus!
