The Role:

With increased growth and a strong project pipeline, a leading Interiors contractor are looking for a switched-on Senior Quantity Surveyor to come on board with their reputable company.
 
This is a well-rounded role managing fit-outs in the office, retail and hospitality fields. You'll be responsible for the financial management of projects start to finish. You'll develop and manage client relationships and consistently deliver quality projects on budget.

The Location:  

Central Auckland based head office location.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• 5-10 years post qualification experience with a Commercial Contractor in NZ
• Relevant Quantity Surveying Tertiary Qualification or equivalent
• Strong and accurate attention to detail
• Outgoing and personable with great communication skills
• Able to work autonomously and in a team setting
• Valid NZ Drivers License, NZ Resident or valid NZ Working Visa
• Experience using construction management software 
• Excellent understanding of New Zealand contract legislation (including the CCA and NZS3910)
