Superior people skills - supervise your site team, suppliers and sub-contractors to produce high standards of workmanship. Excellent communication skills required across all levels.
Excellent time management - be highly organised, timely construction programme performance, backed by robust decision making.
Confident site leadership - lead the site health and safety culture and ensure compliance, monitor efficient material usage and logistics. Produce accurate and complete documentation, QA and reporting.
Industry talent - your experience demonstrates a thorough understanding of NZ commercial construction methods. Ensure projects are consistently delivered to the company's brand promise and client’s expectations.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 6 years experience in commercial site management
- Expert understanding and knowledge of construction
- Clean, full drivers license, Site Safe Gold Card
- Autonomous, decisive, leadership ethos
- Support and promote positive workplace culture
