Snr Cadastral Surveyor / Survey Manager / Branch Manager
This senior level role requires a Cadastral Surveyor with land development experiences and ideally local contacts within the Hamilton/Waikato Region. The career scope with this role is wide-open. We’re looking for either a Cadastral specialist with or without further career scope progression ambitions. Someone capable of not only managing the Cadastral team, but also the entire GIS / Spatial team also if they wish. Applicants are highly encouraged.
Someone ambitious and capable of managing the entire Survey Division and also this Branch / office / Region of this established and highly regarded, Multi-disciplinary consultancy with 10+ staff – as planned retirements and a few planned staff movements begin to happen.

Snr Civil Engineer / Branch Manager
Ideally Chartered, you’ll be a Civil Engineer with land development experiences, abilities and successes. This role will lead the Civil Section – with scope for a Senior Engineer to take on the Branch Manager role with planned staff movements – should you have such ambitions.
Snr Structural Engineer / Branch Manager
Ideally Chartered or approaching Chartership – you’ll ideally have a solid network of contacts and experiences locally in Hamilton to match your mix of commercial, retail, domestic and light industrial structural design abilities. This role will lead the Structural Section – with scope for a Senior Engineer to take on the Branch Manager role with planned staff movements – should you have such ambitions.
Environmental Planner – Intermediate level
You’ll likely have 3+ years of relevant, post-grad work experiences within a consultancy or consent processing role. This is a new role due to increased workloads as this fairly new office really starts winding up to full speed. The current and near future career prospects are outstanding! And will appeal to a Planner who wants more responsibility and greater input into a huge variety of projects – and not all only in New Zealand either… so if variety and career scope appeals – let’s talk!
All these roles are Hamilton based preferably – however, the client could also accommodate specialists being based in Taranaki also, should that be your preference.
