A vacancy has become available for a Foreman to join at this exciting time. With strong systems and processes, they have a great track record for delivering projects on time and to budget.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Managing subcontractors
- Management of on-site materials
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Assisting to prepare site reports
- Assisting with H&S management
To be successful in this role, you will need a trade background and ideally some exposure management. You will need to be highly self-driven and have a knack of building strong relationships in order to maximise commercial performance.
The team are tight knit and have a ‘down to earth’ yet focussed culture. If you’re looking for an environment that is not micromanaged but with a high expectation around delivery, then this role could be for you.
