This is an excellent opportunity to join an established developer who are on the smaller side where you will have the chance to diversify the position and this role reports directly to the director. You will be supporting multiple projects around the Auckland region ranging between 40 – 50M.
The core functions of the position will require you to manage, organize and control construction contracts and administer procedures for assigned projects to meet project requirements and achieve agreed levels of financial performance, accuracy, quality and timeliness.
A key part of this position is in the management of contractual risk, to ensure business risks are minimised and the company’s commercial and contractual interested are well understood and managed. Your role will also cover the co-ordination of logistics and associated risk mitigation to ensure items and materials are delivered to site on time within budget.
Experience required:
- Good understanding of the Auckland Construction market
- Quantity Surveying
- Pricing
- Sub-contracting relationships
