About the Job
Our Calder Stewart Steel Division is recognised as a premium custom fabricator, continuously identifying ways to streamline steel detailing, pricing and final fabrication through the use of state-of-the-art software. Processing of metal components in order to fabricate and assemble structural forms, our work will give you opportunities to work on a number of diverse projects.
Skills You Will Need
Being an integral member of our team, you need to be a highly motivated, energetic, quick thinking individual with an ingrained attitude towards achieving and maintaining high standards towards safety, quality and service. Additionally, we will be looking for someone with;
- Experienced CNC operator(s) for our beam and plate cutting machine (Peddinghaus)
- Excellent attention to detail and conceptual skills
- The ability to read and interpret construction/workshop drawings
- Computer literate
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- Positive attitude towards Challenge, Improvements and Change
