Description:  Grafton location, Immediate start ,temp role, $23-27$ per hour + 8% holiday pay 

Client:  My client is a very well known company in the IT market located in the Grafton area with great transport routes. They have a project role that they need a motivated accounts payable temp to jump right into.

Duties : 
  •  Must have Microsoft Dynamics system experience 
  • Obtain full responsibility of end to end AP
  • Full purchase order processing 
  • Invoice processing
  • Expenses
  • Cash allocation 
  • Creation of payment runs
  • Dealing with urgent payment requests 


Skills and Experience :

  • 2+ years experience in AP
  • Intermediate use of excel 
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Works well with others and a team player 
  • enthusiastic and dedicated worker 
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
