Your new role
With various new and exciting projects in the pipeline, this leading Commercial Contractor requires a new Commercial Manager. This opportunity is not for the faint-hearted, you will be responsible for the leadership and training of a mid-level Quantity Surveyor team. You will enjoy developing and mentoring your staff. Your attention to detail and absolute commitment to effective risk management will ensure your team continue to deliver accurate cost reports and contract administration.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in Commercial Construction
- Excellent leadership and communication
- Relationship management and consultation
- Passion and drive to promote the success of the business and your team
- Level headed individual who has employee’s best interests in mind.
- Proven track record and loyal.
