We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Gunac waterproofing division. Reporting through to the Managing Director, you will responsible for the day to day management of a successful division of Access | Partners in Property, leading a team of 25 staff.
You will be responsible for the operational components of Gunac, including client liaison, quoting, managing resources, budgets and team members to ensure the achievement of quality outcomes with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Gunac is a division of Access | Partners in Property (Access), a fast-growing, dynamic Facilities Management and Services Company with branches in Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga. We work with a great range of corporate clients and organisations across a variety of industries and offer the following services:
- Facilities Management and Services
- Building and Property Maintenance
- Project Management and Construction
- Commercial, Industrial and Residential Waterproofing Solutions
As a relationship builder, you will be also required to work in with the other major Divisions in Access as part of a "One Company Approach" to meet our Customer's needs and help drive strategic objectives.
Ideally you will have:
- 5 years of Operational Management experience in the water proofing industry.
- Trade certification or tertiary qualification ideal.
- A Customer-focussed approach
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to set, manage and report on budgets.
- Solid experience leading a large team as well as contractor management.
- Excellent administration and computer skills with a mathematical bent.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to continually prioritise
- A professional, proactive approach, with first class communication and interpersonal skills.
- A great attitude and focus on Health and Safety.
