We are seeking applications from experienced Site Supervisors, Site Managers or Senior Site Foreman looking to join a leading commercial contractor with a strong reputation in their interiors division and a solid pipeline of work from an expanding client base.

Operating across Commercial fit out and refurbishment sectors, with exposure to a diverse range of projects and the ability to tackle projects in the higher value range, this organisation have a number of new projects starting in Rotorua. As Site Manager you will be responsible for commercial and delivery aspects on multiple projects typically between $500K - $3million plus

This role will see you responsible for the onsite delivery and financial management of your projects. You will be reporting on current projects and using contacts to establish future opportunities. You will manage the site based employees along with all subcontractors.  
  
To be successful in this role you will need:
  

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as Site Supervisor, Site Foreman or Project Manager for a commercial contractor.
• A proven history of undergoing  fitout projects of at least $500K in value.
• Experience working for an interiors business or 2nd tier building companies on fitout projects.  
• Effective and efficient communication skills
• To have initiative and be driven to achieve deadlines and work under pressure
• Ambitious for career development and progression
