Our client specialises in building maintenance of commercial, industrial and purpose-built buildings. They are a well-established brand currently making their mark in the Bay of Plenty who pride themselves on their culture, treating their staff like family and giving back to the local community. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team based in Tauranga due to continued growth and a steady forward portfolio of projects. You will be preparing ROIs, tenders, estimates, progress claims, variations and will be working closely with the General Manager. You will need to have good experience as a Construction Quantity Surveyor/Estimator who is passionate about building construction and comfortable with meeting clients. Local knowledge of the industry in the Bay of Plenty would be desirable.
