Our role will see you assisting with the monthly accounts, managing local Accounts Payable functions, reconciling sales to bankings for retail stores, foreign exchange and preparing costing spreadsheets. No job will be too big or too small for you.
The role will suit someone who is self-managed, has a positive attitude and can hit the ground running.
Experience required for this role:-
- Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivable
- Reconciling sales to bankings and assisting retail staff with queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration and computer skills plus the ability to pick up tasks quickly
- Multi-tasking ability
- Strong data entry
- Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount
Our role would suit someone with at least 2 - 3 years NZ accounts experience who has previously worked in the retail sector.
MYOB software experience would be advantageous.
You must be able to commence immediately, commit until the end of August and possibly longer.
