With further growth throughout the North Island and major Civil projects underway, there is a vacancy to join this already successful team as a Project Manager. This challenging role requires a person that is comfortable and competent in working on detailed and large projects and looking to make their mark in this company and in the region.

The Opportunity:

With significant project pipeline, you will find diversity and variety in the future, not to mention job security.

As Project Management you will have full responsibility for major projects including; project time lines and schedules, budgeting and forecasting, contract negotiations, and stakeholder relationships. Projects include; earthworks, land development, roading, civil and drainage.

This position will require an applicant with the tenacity and determination to be one of the best Project Managers in the region. If you have excellent organisation skills, ability to deal with pressure, strong communication and leadership qualities, then this is the next role for you.

To be considered for this position you need to demonstrate:

  • Significant project management experience on large and expansive projects
  • Project experience ranging from negotiation and design phase through to post construction reporting
  • Confidence on a range of projects
  • Proven leadership ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent communication and project reporting and document management skills
  • Sound technical ability and professional attitude, proven financial acumen in budget and cost control
  • Excellent knowledge and implementation of New Zealand health and safety standards
