The role is with a well-established, tier 1, construction company, who operate across New Zealand. They are seeking a Project Manager in Auckland for a highly valued design & build project. Our client has a large pipeline of work for 2018-20 so are looking to expand their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an experienced Project Manager, you enjoy that no two days are the same. You are a walking "Swiss army knife" that can tackle a wide range of project related tasks with optimism. Your interpersonal and communication skills allow you to manage constructive relationships with organization executives, procurement team, site managers and sub-contractors. One your first day will be taking the reigns of highly valued projects with a generous budget.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• "on time and on budget "is your mantra
• Proven success in driving financial outcomes
• Experience in New Zealand (or similar) building codes highly preferred
• Exceptional management skills
• Previous experience in a project management role
• Background in trades or relevant qualification(s)
