They are looking for and experienced Construction Manager lead the construction teams to fulfill projects to a high standard and within budget and time-frames.
Some of your responsibilities are:
- Selecting build teams for each project
- Leading the construction teams in project handovers
- Oversee and monitor the project schedule
- Oversee construction and labour budgets
- Regular reporting
- Client and public relations
- Liaise with Councils as required
You must have:
- A relevant Construction Management qualification
- Proven successful experience managing residential projects (minimum 3 years) to completion on schedule and within budget
- Ability to programme projects
- Sound understanding of construction plans
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
You will work well under pressure with an ability to “think on your feet”, show initiative and offer solutions. This role will suit a well disciplined person with proven work experience in this field who is a respected leader.
