This is an exciting time to join a contractor that is performing exceptionally well with work from preferred clients plus wins in the tender market. They have an organised work place structure with Directors and the leadership team infusing plenty of enthusiasm throughout the business. The company culture is of significant value to their success, energetic and passionate relationship driven construction professionals who have an eye for quality.
They have two good sized apartment jobs coming up that need an additional PM to deliver.
As a project manager you will have a strong appetite for job ownership and ensure tight commercial and programme management. The requirements for this role will have seen you previously deliver start to finish apartment buildings in the $20M+ range. You must have structural experience including piling, earthworks, basement carparks, basement carparks, retention systems. You are strong in services coordination and have D&B experience.
Other attributes include the following:
- Ability to multi-task and work with staff at all levels and be a team player
- Understanding of the financial components and excellent MS Project skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- An oustanding work ethic
- Working knowledge and an understanding of OH&S
- Trade or tertiary qualifications
