The Company

The Role
This role requires the Project Manager to be the face of the company and to build constructive and meaningful relationships with every client. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, the project manager will work with a wide range of people from many different companies relating to the design and build industry. They will be a meticulous planner who will complete projects to the client’s brief. With the ability to build strong working relationships, the Project Manager will maintain professional during times of pressure. The Project Manager will be able to use initiative and prioritise both in an individual and team environment. They will be responsible for controlling the design, financial and physical construction aspects of a project. This role will ensure that projects, no matter how big or small, are completed on time and to budget. The Project Manager will guarantee that the project is finished to a quality result and will safeguard that all safety measurements are completed to a high standard.

- Project Management experience essential
