Based in a conveniently located office in Newmarket, they are Kiwi owned and operated and are hugely successful infrastructure delivery company on a domestic as well as international level. Creating unique, tailor made workspaces and environments for large commercial buildings and offices, they have worked on a multitude of key projects throughout New Zealand with a strong focus on excellence.
The Role
You will collaborate with a team of estimators by using measurements, cost data and pricing information, in order to interpret technical specifications so that a total cost can be provided to the client. You will enter all information into the system and be responsible for letting the client know when they can expect to receive the quote.
- Collaborate with a team of estimators
- Provide detailed and comprehensive estimates for construction projects
- Provide quoting and costing to clients
- Read and interpret plans
All About You
With a huge and ever-changing portfolio, you will love to learn and be logically and technically minded.
- You will have a relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in the estimator field
- Knowledge and experience in Candy software required
- High level of attention to detail
- Great attitude and ambition to succeed
