The Opportunity
On the back of some recent project wins, Cequent Projects is now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for its expanding Wellington office. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for decision-making and guidance on major issues relating to the execution and delivery of projects and company strategy.
You will join a national team of 19 and provide significant project leadership throughout the Wellington region. The role will entail managing a range of existing projects and expanding Cequent's service offering into new sectors.
Ideal Attributes and Experience:

Natural leadership capabilities with high personal and professional integrity.

Specialist construction project experience in healthcare, education, commercial or infrastructure sectors.

A property, construction, architectural or engineering degree from a recognised tertiary institution.

Existing client networks and relationships.

A proven track record of end-to-end project delivery on major projects in the $10m-$50m+ range.

Strong business acumen with natural business development competencies.
