We are a dynamic development management and advisory services firm experiencing growth across a wide
range of development projects, predominantly located in Auckland. Projects include the delivery of large-scale
residential housing developments, medium to high-density housing/apartments, student accommodation and
mixed-use developments. We currently have over $2.5b development value under our management.
We are looking for experienced, solutions-oriented Project Managers who can manage projects within time,
quality and cost parameters. This role is an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to gain end-to-end
experience, working closely with Development Managers across an exciting range of development projects.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience, with a property industry qualification.
Postgraduate technical qualifications in project management would be an advantage. Excellent Excel, Word and presentation skills are a must.
WE WANT TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WHO CAN:
• COMMUNICATE: Manage and direct multi-disciplinary teams within the programme in an open and collaborative
manner, to deliver developments and get the best results for our clients.
• PROGRAMME: Manage a complex development and delivery programme in a tight time frame with multiple
moving parts and stakeholders.
• PREPARE FEASIBILITIES: Prepare project feasibilities and cost estimates.
• MANAGE DESIGN: Assist in managing the design process including attending design meetings, issuing
minutes and managing programme.
• ACHIEVE CONSENTS AND APPROVALS: Manage and achieve approvals (resource building) through council.
• MANAGE CONSTRUCTION: Experience in tendering major contracts (NZS3910, NZS3915 and NZS3916).
Managing works and administration of contracts (client instructions, RFIs, payment claims, certification and
cost to complete reporting).
• COMPLETE AND HANDOVER: Working with construction teams through the code of compliance, certificate
of occupancy and practical completion processes. Obtaining O&M documents, warranties, guarantees on
behalf of the client. Working with purchasers, stakeholders, tenants and operators through handover and
defects periods.
