DKW Recruitment Group is urgently looking for a skilled ‘Asphalt Foreman’ to join our client’s established & reputed team in Christchurch, 7:00am start!
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be As Follows:
- Supervise & Lead A Tight-Knit Prep & Asphalting Crew
- Asphalt Roads, Footpaths, Car Parks, Drive & Cycle Ways
- People Management & Project Planning
- Instruct Crew On All Heath & Safety Policies And Procedures
Successful candidates must have proven experience at a supervisory / foreman level, a full or restricted NZ class 1 licence and industry knowledge, particularly in roading prep or asphalt / chip-seal.
We are after physically fit candidates with leadership, open communication & team-working skills.
Bonuses if you have a site safe passport (DKW can assist with that) and your own transport to get to the yard / sites on time every day!
