This medium scale, locally owned company has been operating in Ashburton over 20 years and h ave built their business upon a hard earned reputation of delivering quality solutions through a collaborative and integrated approach, offering a range of projects including roading, drainage, bridges, infrastructure and land development.

Your new role
As the Civil Foreman, you will be leading a small crew on various projects across all aspects of the civil industry. You will be working alongside other subcontractors, responsible for daily site set ups, daily and weekly reporting, ordering materials and you will be in charge of the day to day planning of the project and staff delegation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 2 years NZ civil contracting experience
• Varied background across the industry but preferred in drainage or roading
• The ability to lead and manage a team of people
• Relevant qualification in the industry
• Be located in or near Ashburton or be willing to relocate to the area
