About the business
We are a leading toilet partition manufacturer supplying nationwide and to the Pacific. Come and join our small friendly team. You will have your own office, car parking space and a chance to show off your creative computer skills.
About the role
As our Estimator you will be able to read plans so that you can download tender documents, print them and price the jobs either on our inhouse CAD quoting computer system or manually using your job cost analysis skills.
You will interact with clients by phone and email discussing the job, pricing and scheduling.
You will follow up quotes with prospective clients regularly.
You will receive acceptances and process contracts, health and safety paperwork and other contract documents.
You will follow the jobs through by scheduling measures, manufacturing, installation and/or shipment.
Occasionally you will write blogs, create brochures, etc so a good standard of spoken and written English is a must.
You will be self motivated and have good interpersonal skills.

Skills and experience
Experienced estimator with qualifications or work experience in building industry
Ability to read and interpret building plans and drawings
Computer skills in Auto CAD, Word and Excel, possibly in photoshop or similar
